Do you struggle quietly in the background believing you just need to try harder?
Many of the women who come to me feel exactly like this.
On the outside they are capable, organised and holding life together.
But when stress builds, food becomes the quickest way to cope. Then comes the guilt, the frustration and the promise to do better next time.
Over time this can create the feeling that something must be wrong with your discipline.
In reality, emotional eating is often a stress response. A pattern your nervous system has learned over time.
This is why trying harder rarely creates lasting change.
The work I do focuses on changing those patterns at the subconscious level so food no longer has to carry that role.
