As winter is still very much upon us, we want to take a moment to say a massive thank you to every single one of you for the dedication, compassion and hard work you continue to show every day.

Supporting our clients safely during the cold weather is so important, and you go above and beyond to make sure they are well looked after — from ensuring homes are warm and tidy, to cooking nutritious meals, keeping routines steady, and most importantly, providing a friendly, reassuring face during these darker, colder months.

Those small acts of care make a huge difference. You help our clients feel safe, comfortable and supported when it matters most, and that is something to be incredibly proud of.

🎶 St Margaret’s Music & Memory Café 🎶 in partnership with the Arun Dementia Alliance, offers a warm and supportive space for people living with dementia, alongside their families and care partners.

Join us in a relaxed, welcoming environment to chat, enjoy drinks and cake ☕🍰, and spend quality time with friends or family. Each session includes live music, crafts, memory games, and other fun, inclusive activities.

Today we’re celebrating a very special milestone — Alana’s 4 year anniversary with us!🎉

Alana originally joined the team as a Scheduler, and from day one she was beyond amazing at it organised, calm under pressure, and always putting both our Care Professionals and clients first.

Since then, Alana moved into our Client Team, where she now supports both new and existing clients, and it’s clear how passionate she is about ensuring people receive the care and support they truly deserve.

Alana is an incredible human being — kind, professional, and genuinely knowledgeable. She always fights for what’s right and goes above and beyond to do right by her clients every single day.

We’re looking forward to launching our Dementia Café tomorrow at St Margaret's Church, Church Hall, Angmering 💙

📅 Thursday 15th January
⏰ 10am – 12pm

These free sessions are open to anyone living with dementia or experiencing memory problems, along with their carers and loved ones. There’ll be music, gentle activities, and plenty of tea, coffee, and cake in a relaxed, supportive space.

No diagnosis needed – just come along and join us. We’d love to see you there ☕🎶
