I wouldn't normally share something like this on our business page but Nathan and his family are such lovely people. I would strongly urge everyone to read this and share it far and wide.

The following is from Nathan.

“Back in May 2022 I was sadly diagnosed with stage 4 pancreatic cancer which had quickly to spread to my liver. It blew our world apart as I only had slight annoying pains under my left rib cage. Once over the shock I decided there was only one way to fight this and that was head on! The specialist told me it was extremely rare and unlucky for someone to have this at such a young age. They told me and my wife Lisa Sessions I had only 5 months left to live without treatment and 11 months to live with 6 months chemotherapy. I simply didn’t believe them and thought they had made a huge mistake. I’ve now had 7 months of chemo (two different types) and unfortunately my body has become immune to it. It had started so well with all the tumours shrinking in the first 3 months. We have been told there is no cure and nothing more they can do for me conventionally in this country other than trials. On Friday I had to tell my 10 year old twins the heart-breaking news. They took it fairly well which was a big relief to me and Lisa. All through my journey I have been surrounded by such supportive friends and family and only mixed with positive people as I don’t want sympathy or negativity. My next part of this rollercoaster ride is to crack on with trials either in this country or in Europe. I’m in talks with several different hospitals abroad including USA. Unfortunately these treatments will cost a small fortune. So I’m asking through the power of social media for friends to donate whatever they can afford in these tough times for everyone. Big or small every bit will help me to spend precious time with my wife and children making memories that will last forever.
