Yoga with Sally, Worthing Small group yoga classes (max 4 people per class) in my own private garden studio.

My classes are relaxed, welcoming & perfect if you are intimidated by a larger group class. My classes focus on functional strength, mobility, flexibility and relaxation 😊

My small group classes are held in my private studio in my garden on Hillside Avenue, Worthing - BN14 9QT.
Easily accessible from the A27 and with free parking.

(Perfect for anyone who may find attending a larger class intimidating for any reason).

All levels of flexibility are welcome!
A base level of fitness is required, as you do need to get up and down off of the mat.
I am down to earth and lighthearted, so expect to have a few giggles along the way!
