Following the attempted su***de this morning on the M62 at Saddleworth another person felt like there was no way out, it would have been another family left devastated and forever changed because of one persons decision to end their life. Life is hard at the best of times and everyone has their own battles to fight but recently those battles may take over and feel a thousand times worse. People may be isolated whether that's due to covid or isolated within their own mind. Reach out people! Don't choose a permanent way out as a solution to a temporary problem.
Su***de figures are up 200% since the start of Covid 19💔
If you feel okay to share it would friends please copy and re-post?
We’re trying to demonstrate that someone is always listening.
💚 Call 116 123 (Samaritans UK) or
Text 85258 (SHOUT) 💚
It’s okay not to be okay.

Thank you
