                                            Cinnamon Protein Muffins = snacking sorted 🧁
Busy week ahead? These protein-packed muffins have you covered. Soft, gently spiced, and made with our organic whey, they're the kind of snack you can grab on the go. 
No sugar crash, no faff. Just clean, whole food goodness when you need it most. 
Ingredients (makes 12 muffins):
• 100g ground almonds
• 4 tsp cinnamon powder
• 4 tsp honey
• 225g sweet potato purée - substitute with pumpkin or apple purée if preferred
• 5 scoops (62.5g) Pure Unflavoured Organic Whey Protein
• 2 tsp baking powder
• 220g melted coconut oil
• 250g almond butter
Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C and lightly grease 12 muffin moulds (or use muffin cases).
2. Mix all of the ingredients together until smooth.
3. Pour the batter into the moulds or cases.
4. Bake for 40 minutes or until fully cooked (insert a skewer into one muffin - they are ready if the skewer comes out clean).
5. Allow to cool, then enjoy!�
