I've been a massage and complementary therapist for more than 20 years. IShe has trained and worked in London, Spain and around the Brighton and Sussex area. She originally trained as an Aromatherapist with the Holistic School of Aromatherapy in London. After moving to Brighton she expanded her skills by studying shiatsu and seated acupressure massage. Since then, she has continued learning other therapies including colour therapy and reiki. Along with this she has trained in hot-stone fusion and amma fusion (a bodywork technique fusing elements of shiatsu and Chinese massage, using the TCM meridian lines), at the Jing Institute of Advanced Massage
Massage is amazing and I love the way its magic can bring stillness and peace, as well as energising people and help them feel restored from the pressure and crazy pace of life. I love all sorts of dancing as they make my heart sing and I use reiki all the time as this makes my soul sing!
