Our Integrated Mental Health Practitioner Rachel is walking from Chichester to Brighton this month to raise awareness for Changing Futures! Changing Futures is a government program from the Department of Levelling Up, Housing and Communities. They are improving the lives of those who are most disadvantaged in Sussex. ⭐

Working with 15 local partnerships across England, Changing Futures is testing new ways of bringing together public and community sector partners to help people change their lives for the better.💛
