Hello Wednesday! You made it to the middle of the week. How has your week been so far? Are you feeling a little stuck in a rut?

It is easily to fall into routine. When was the last time you went on an adventure? Why not try reframing the rest of the week as an adventure? Even if your days are filled with chores, work, every day errands, can you turn them into an adventure? Could a food shop turn into a food finding expedition, getting something you haven't tried before? Could you get to work in a different way? Maybe you have some time to be a tourist in your own town!

No matter what it is, try framing it as an adventure and see how this changes your mindset on the week.

It is Wednesday, that can only mean time!

We fell in love with this fox when looking for inspiration pictures. Take a deep breath and imagine you are stood in front of this fox.

With your next breath in find some gratitude for sharing this world with such amazing wildlife. As you breath out, you feel tension leave your body.

Repeat these deep breaths in and out, you may find a shoulder roll, or rock of the head from side to side helps.

Imagine this little fox begins to turn away and stroll into the woodlands, taking some of your tension and stress away with it. As they get out of sight, you bring yourself back to the current moment, more relaxed, calm and ready for the day.

Welcome to a restful . Join us in taking a deep breath in and straightening your spine as you do so. Are you feeling particularly tired today?

As you continue to straighten your back, imagine you have walked into this relaxing bedroom. With your next breath in you are welcomed with the light scent of clean cotton, the gentle crash of the waves seeps through the window.

Continue to take deep breaths as you imagine sinking into this bed. You feel the crisp linen underneath you as the bed supports your weight. For a few moments, keep breathing and relaxing something in your body.

With another breath, relax your jaw.

Another breath, roll your shoulders back and down. You may hear a few creaks and cracks, continue doing this motion for as long as your body needs, visualising this quiet and calm room as you do so.

When you are ready to move on with your day, try the affirmations;
I am well rested
I am calm
I am ready for the day.

Blink your eyes open if they have become heavy during our mindful moment. Remember you can come back to this moment as often as you need.
