I have been passionate about health and fitness since I was a teenager. I have competed in many different styles of martial arts and fitness competitions. I regularly resistance train and also practice yoga and meditation 🧘

I decided to pursue a career in the health and fitness industry after the passing of my Mum. I am now specialised in Personal Training, Sports Massage and a range of Holistic Therapies 💆‍♂️🏋️‍♀️

I set up my own business Barrett Fitness and Therapies, to help other people in the local community build a healthy body, mind and spirit to live a long, healthy and happy life🧡
