One of our colleagues in Fire-Rescue testing the ever reliable radios. Our comms span across all the fleet ensuring the medical side can have a reliable interoperability with Fire-Rescue to allow for greater command and control on the incident ground.

We attempted an action shot but it wasn’t as impressive as we thought it might of been. So we will use this post to remind everyone of Vehicle safety in this cold winter weather.
Check your tyres before setting off, that they are above the legal limit, no cuts, bubbles or tears and at the correct pressure.
Check all levels.
Enough de-icer?
Make sure your windows, roof and bonnet are clear of snow before setting off.
Prepare a winter safety kit in your boot in case of breakdown - Hi vis jackets, blankets, spare food and drink, mobile phone and anything else you may need that is important to you and your health in case you are stranded for a period of time.

We’ve been busy these last few weeks with swabbing along with lots of other roles... glad to have a rare day off today even though the weather is awful. We are still on call but most of us are enjoying the rest! Always here if you need us! 03301 222112. Stay safe all.

Good morning! It’s been a while since our last post so we thought we would update you with some pictures of some of the things we have been up to Over the last few months... It’s been a very busy time for us, from working as part of the Critical Care network during the covid pandemic, high dependency, the occasional social distanced event, patient transport, construction and film set cover, we’ve certainly had a varied amount of work on.
So don’t forget that we are still very much open for business and can provide you with quality staff from ECA’s, Technicians, Paramedic’s, Doctors, Firefighters and specialist rescue teams for almost any situation.

*ATTENTION*.... are you looking to improve your skills in first aid? Have you helped someone and felt out of your depth and want to learn more? Or are you wanting a career change and may be interested in working within the ambulance service sector?
We are looking for individuals like you who want to do just that. We will be organising a Qual safe First Response Emergency Care level 3 course in the next few months locally and would like to know if you are interested. We can have between 6 and 12 on the course at any one time so have plenty of spaces available. Please message us for details.
This is an ambulance service first responder course and will be valid for 3 years. Level 4 and level 5 will also be available once your level 3 is completed and are qualifications that stay with you for life.
