At Henry House in Worthing we specialise in and offer a full program of Baby Swimming Lessons, Children's Swimming Lessons and Nervous Adult's Swimming Lessons. The luxurious hot pool is ideal for exercising or just relaxing and offers adult only sessions, private group bookings and dedicated baby hours As well as the Hydrotherapy pool and swimming lessons we offer a wide range of therapies for both chronic & acute conditions under the clinical direction of Karen Simporis, Acupuncturist, who specialises in treating chronic pain syndromes. We are pleased to introduce Saturday physiotherapy sessions in our warm hydrotherapy pool.

Led by qualified physiotherapists, these sessions are designed to support rehabilitation, pain management, mobility, and functional recovery.

Session options available:

• Private 1:1 physiotherapy sessions

• Shared small group sessions

Warm water provides buoyancy, resistance, and joint support, allowing safe, controlled movement in a therapeutic environment.

BRAND NEW CLASS FOR BEGINNERS TUESDAYS AT 5.15 PM

LAST FEW PLACES STILL AVAILABLE IN OTHER CLASSES TOO!

Our weekly swimming lessons for children will be running every day after school as well as all day on a Saturday. (Subject to availability)

Baby and Preschool age children lessons still available on a Wednesday morning, Friday afternoon as well as on a Saturday.

Lessons For Adults take place on a Tuesday evening and also on a Saturday Afternoon. (Limited space)
