At Henry House in Worthing we specialise in and offer a full program of Baby Swimming Lessons, Children's Swimming Lessons and Nervous Adult's Swimming Lessons. The luxurious hot pool is ideal for exercising or just relaxing and offers adult only sessions, private group bookings and dedicated baby hours As well as the Hydrotherapy pool and swimming lessons we offer a wide range of therapies for both chronic & acute conditions under the clinical direction of Karen Simporis, Acupuncturist, who specialises in treating chronic pain syndromes.
