We have designed our gym with one aim in mind, to provide a friendly, motivating & empowering, safe space for women of all ethnicities, ages & abilities to workout in. Our facilities boast a complete 30 minute, supervised, hydraulic circuit. Cardio equipment such as running machines, cross trainers, bikes, rowing machines, steppers. Free weights and cable machines plus more! We also host 40 group exercise classes per week all specifically designed for a womanโ€™s body. Our classes are small group exercise classes which incorporate social distancing. All of our classes are also streamed LIVE to a private group, canโ€™t make class? Just follow along from your own home! Our facilities have been upgraded to ensure that we are Covid secure, this includes sanitation stations, floor markings, screens and mandatory pre booking. We have everything available to help you reach your fitness goals! There are no lengthy contracts and your classes are included in your membership.
