A little bit of working on spine reflexes. This video doesn't show all the techniques I use.
The spine plays a highly important role in the session. There are so many areas corresponding to nerves, plexuses, and muscles. For complaints about back pain different techniques are often used alongside the basic ones.

REIKI
Spiritualy guided life force"- is a Japanese form of healing, reduction of stress and relaxation.
Reiki isn't affliated with any religion. As a reiki practitioner, l'm channelling the energy that surrounds us all. Sometimes, I will place my hands on the client, and sometimes, they will hover above. With clients' permission, I might use chakra stones and sage smudging to clear the energy, too.
What will you feel? Clients report the sensation of electricity, warmth, buzzing, seeing colours, and sometimes just simple relaxation.
Reiki has no contraindications and side effects, and is becoming more and more popular amongst my clients.

When your mind is clear, your mental state is at the right balance your body is under less stress, and the opposite.
The most beautiful thing for me is to see the smile on my clients' faces after I finish the treatment. This puts me in the right state of mind too...

I offer my service from small treatment room that is situated on the first floor in my home, where I still can guarantee tranquility and relax. Please do not hesitate to call me or leave a message if you have any concerns or questions. I can provide home visits for heavily pregnant, home/bed bound and elderly with no extra charge I specialise in female related problems and stress-related condition in men and women. I am certified in Facial Reflexology The Bergman Method, a method that helps in stress reduction and improves your complexion. I am trained in maternity reflexology and palliative care reflexology. I use in my treatment many different techniques like Precision Reflexology, aura cleansing, chakra balancing, CALM method. Each treatment is different and is designed individually for each client.

Few years ago I went through hard times and as result, I developed tinnitus in both ears, anxiety, and depression. Through hard work and thanks to discovering holistic therapies I manage to help myself. Since then I have changed my diet, my approach to life and health and I made the decision to put my knowledge into practice and help others.
