Some of my fave moments in the pod. After nearly 4 years here on a Sunday, come September the lovely will be taking over the double Sunday morning flow. I’ll drop in and be around and this won’t be the last.
This Sunday class has been such a joy and pleasure to teach. Having once been a student to teaching in my dream studio. Wow what a gift! I always say if you don’t ask you don’t get! And that’s what I did. Putting myself out there to the amazing and to join the wonderful community.
I’ll still be here on Tuesdays 7pm. Can’t truly ever leave but for now my Sundays become mine once again.
If you wanna practice for my last two Sundays: 27th July and 3rd August then join and book in.

Downdog. Not a passive posture in my opinion. To me it’s an active and engaging pose for the body. Actively pushing away from the floor. Engaging the back body and shoulders. Lifting up through the hips.
Yes take a rest in downdog by all means but also be mindful of collapsing into the joints.
Maybe you want that dropping down sensation through the back and shoulders but there’s still an element of pushing away.
I love the stretch in the shoulders and through the back of legs. Such a wonderful pose to feel open in the chest. But again there’s an awareness of engagement through the body. What’s switching on? Where am I feeling it in the body?
Anyways there’s my two cents!
Have fun and as always do what feels good but maybe tune in a little more, be present in the sensations of the posture. Feel your body!

Playing with some shapes last night. Love a little play time in the pod.
Something that’s important, I believe, in our practice is to make time to have a little play. To explore a little bit more in a posture. Sometimes we get into a position and think we need to hold it still and rigid.
Perhaps before we find that moment of stillness, have a little move around. Maybe feel into the posture more, adjust, and then settle into stillness.

Loving the vibes and the energy of the pod at the moment. Amazing energy and so wonderful to meet new faces this new year.
Still in the depths of midwinter we are slowly coming out. The longer days, slowly more daylight. Coming into the heat to escape a little and continue that feeling of nurturing and nourishing to help prepare and be ready for spring. Conversing and savouring the quieter moments.

I started out as a student here and to then be a part of this family and this community has been a joy. Driving over on a Sunday morning ready to move and flow and have fun, is the best!!!
Can’t wait to meet more new faces, and old faces and keep our bodies moving and grooving.

Hello all!
Very excited to announce I will be joining the weekday teaching crew and leading 7pm Tuesday evening flow.
I am so looking forward to bringing my fun playful energy to the pod. Moving our bodies in a strong yet stable and soft way to help us feel good in our bodies and minds.
I cannot wait to meet new faces and old faces! Being a part of this pod family has been such a joy over the past three years!
And I look forward to more fun times!

A little something for everyone here; a bundle of six live recorded zoom sessions featuring 30 to 35 minutes of movement and gentle stretching.
A little package to focus on the mind body and soul.
The sessions are recorded from my lunchtime yoga zoom sessions and an offering then out. You can access these at any time, practice wherever and whenever you like in the comfort of your own home; no experience needed.
Yoga should make us feel good in our bodies and doesn’t require a lot of time in order to achieve this feeling.
