Little moment after some little movement. Home yoga. Simple. No frills. Maybe it’s 20minutes of moving with connection to the breath and body. Taking a moment to ground. Reset. Shake off the day.
Felt good after a couple weeks away not really kicks my body through stretching. Lots of walking and not my legs are tight. But rather stretching easing out tension. It felt great.
Good to be back.
