Our Story
I specialise in working with women (and some men) to get them looking good, but more importantly feeling good. We work on Muscle Toning & Strengthening, Fat Loss, Wellness and creating Fully Functioning Bodies devoid of aches, pains and niggles. I also specialise in Pelvic Health so all exercise that I do is respectful to the pelvis and pelvic floor/core area.
My pelvic floor and core rehab/strengthening work takes women on a journey to build them up slowly. I support them all the way through over weeks/months to keep them focused and motivated. I’m a massive believer that aging does not have to mean you get weaker.
I run a bootcamp for women on Tuesday and Thursdays mornings 9:20am, in a fully equipped gym close to Worthing mainline station. The sessions are small groups of women who are prepared to work hard to keep themselves strong and healthy, but still want to have fun. I am also qualified in Pregnancy and Post Natal Fitness instructor and a Holistic Core Restore coach. As such if you fall into these categories you could either come to my bootcamp or I can work with you on a one-to-one basis. If you suffer from stress incontinence, prolapse, diastasis recti or just a weak core I can help either on a one-to-one basis or you can join my group Holistic Core Restore sessions held in Worthing. Group 6 Week courses are run several times a year (see my website for dates).
I usually work from my home, but we can go to the gym, beach or your home, depending on your preferences. I will provide all equipment. And if childcare is an issue I am happy to work with you while your child(ren) is present.
