My main passion is working with women over 35 to help them build complete better versions of themselves - mind, body and spirit. It can be a difficult time of life, but if you treat your body with kindness it doesn’t have to be. It’s an affordable way for women to get everything they need to live well, to be strong, capable and independent women. As part of this I run classes each week to help motivate everyone to move and get sweaty. But there are loads of pre-recorded videos too for relaxation, meditation, mobilisation and some yoga too. Another line of my business that I love is being a Holistic Core Restore� coach. That means I’m qualified in pelvic floor and core rehab work. We have an emphasis on getting women moving again. I run regular courses to help women strengthen the pelvic floor and core working from the inside out. I work with women who leak, who have urgency issues, who have a prolapsed organ, lower back issues, Diastasis recti (tummy gap appeared during pregnancy) or who want to prepare their bodies to prevent issues. We now understand that ultra-processed foods (UPFs) play a significant role in weight gain, metabolic health issues and poor blood sugar control. However, what often gets overlooked is that processing exists on a spectrum — and even foods we consider “healthy” can affect the body very differently depending on how much they’ve been processed.

That’s an epic 2025 all wrapped up! I say epic as it’s the year my husband and I both turned half a century, which I am very grateful to have achieved. I certainly don’t take it for granted.

I have a done a lot of celebrating this year and yes it’s all been catching up with me a bit. 🙄 But I figure that is what 2026 is for, now that I’ve finally finished celebrating. So here is to putting in the effort and returning my health and fitness levels back to ‘extra youthful’ 😂 (watch this space!) Or better still, contact me if you want to join me in this mission!

For now, here are some pictures to try and represent my year. I’ve tried to pull one picture from each month to show what I got up to. Sometimes it was too hard to choose so had to do two! The pictures include all my celebrations and non-celebrations on the quieter months: starting with my ‘Holding Back The Years’ members hike in January and finishing at this Christmas with all my family. In between I went to
Lanzarote, finished my film editing course, celebrated my parents 60th wedding anniversary, massive group trip to Santorini, Rewind at Dreamland, Majorca, Valencia, Ibiza, Wilderness festival, took part in ‘The Hunt’, family trip to California, had my party to celebrate, Sardinia and finally met old school friends in London.

Thanks to everyone who has spent time celebrating with me this year. ❤️ See you all for more hard work and shenanigans in 2026 🥳

Our Story

I specialise in working with women (and some men) to get them looking good, but more importantly feeling good. We work on Muscle Toning & Strengthening, Fat Loss, Wellness and creating Fully Functioning Bodies devoid of aches, pains and niggles. I also specialise in Pelvic Health so all exercise that I do is respectful to the pelvis and pelvic floor/core area.

My pelvic floor and core rehab/strengthening work takes women on a journey to build them up slowly. I support them all the way through over weeks/months to keep them focused and motivated. I’m a massive believer that aging does not have to mean you get weaker.

I run a bootcamp for women on Tuesday and Thursdays mornings 9:20am, in a fully equipped gym close to Worthing mainline station. The sessions are small groups of women who are prepared to work hard to keep themselves strong and healthy, but still want to have fun. As such if you fall into these categories you could either come to my bootcamp or I can work with you on a one-to-one basis. If you suffer from stress incontinence, prolapse, diastasis recti or just a weak core I can help either on a one-to-one basis or you can join my group Holistic Core Restore sessions held in Worthing. Group 6 Week courses are run several times a year (see my website for dates). I usually work from my home, but we can go to the gym, beach or your home, depending on your preferences. I will provide all equipment. And if childcare is an issue I am happy to work with you while your child(ren) is present.
