It’s National Feet Week!

We prioritise our teeth and eyes—but what about our feet?

Your feet carry you through life, yet many ignore pain or problems that could be a sign of something serious—especially if you live with diabetes.

Did you know?
Up to 85% of diabetes-related amputations are preventable with early care and attention. Foot problems can often be spotted early and managed with simple steps and expert support from podiatrists.

This National Feet Week, take a moment to:
• Check your feet daily
• Keep them clean and moisturised (but not between the toes!)
• Wear well-fitted, supportive footwear
• Get niggling issues looked at
• Book an appointment check-up

Let’s put feet first—because healthy feet mean a healthier you.
