COVID‑19 Spring Booster Clinics – April 2026

We’re pleased to confirm that our Spring COVID‑19 booster clinics will take place on:

Tuesday 14th April
Wednesday 22nd April

📍 Available at Wotton, Berkeley, and Frampton, 1pm onwards.

The national eligibility criteria for the Spring 2026 booster are:

Adults aged 75 and over

Residents in older adult care homes

People aged 6 months and over who are severely immunosuppressed
(as defined in the UKHSA Green Book)

📲 Text message invitations with booking links will be sent out to all eligible patients.
If you need help booking, our reception team will be happy to assist - please call after 11am so we can keep phone lines free for urgent morning requests.

We’re pleased to share details of two free information sessions taking place this April. Both are open to everyone, and we especially welcome anyone who may have early concerns about themselves or a loved one, as well as family members, friends, and carers who want to feel more informed and confident in offering support.

🦶 Falls Prevention Talk
Join the Falls Assessment and Education Service from Gloucestershire Health and Care NHS Foundation Trust for an informative session on staying strong, steady, and safe. Learn practical tips to improve balance and reduce the risk of slips, trips, and falls.

Attendees are welcome to bring a friend, family member, or carer.

🧠 Dementia Awareness Session
Delivered by the Managing Memory – Information & Education Service (IES), this session is ideal for anyone with a diagnosis, awaiting assessment, or simply wanting to understand more. It’s also helpful for those who have early concerns about someone and would value guidance, reassurance, and the chance to ask questions.

March is Prostate Cancer Awareness Month, a time to raise awareness about prostate cancer, the UK’s most common cancer in men.

Our waiting‑room notice board will now feature a monthly cancer awareness spotlight, and this month’s focus is prostate cancer - including symptoms to look out for, risk factors, and where to seek help.
