We are so grateful to the special practitioners who offered their time and energy with love.

🧡Last call for Friday (evening retreat)🧡

If slowing down is calling to you right now, there are still spaces for this Fridays mini evening retreat. Meadow walk, gentle yoga and topped off with a sound bath.

6-9pm in the gorgeous meadow and yurt at

A little opportunity to step off the treadmill for a few hours and nurture yourself.

❤️ Radio Silence ❤️

Hey everyone, sorry for the radio silence on this page. I’ve been a bit busy as the video explains 🥰

Last September, I decided I needed to embark on a healing journey around my body image and eating habits.

It’s a vulnerable thing to admit, especially as a yoga teacher because I definitely put more pressure on myself, thinking I needed to have my $^ #\ Together, and to look a certain way.

I’m so grateful to have found the lovely to help guide me on this rather epic journey, which as it turns out covered waaayy more than I expected or realised I needed 🤷‍♀️❤️

It’s been a deep and emotional ride, but also a beautiful, soulful experience ❤️.

I can highly recommend , she is an incredibly supportive, approachable, all round lovely coach ✨✨

As many of you will know, I’ve stopped all my weekly 🧘‍♀️ classes for now in order to slow the pace while I continue on this new area of self development 🌸

…However, we do have two retreats coming up. One this Saturday 28th June.
And an evening relaxation retreat on Friday 18th July. Please DM me for details

🫶 Tuesday Sessions 🫶

If you’d like some special you time, why not join our lovely Tuesday session at our cosy healing yurt space by Rio, in Charfield.

Tuesdays - 17.45-18.45

Leave your worries at the door, step in to the warm heated space. Lay on your mat.
We ease the body and mind into a space of relaxation, then take the body through a series of gentle and subtle yoga postures, combined with mobility and gentle strengthening movements.
Helping to feel grounded, nourished and help to ease aches/pains/tension.

Then 15-20 minutes before the end, we roll out the meditation beds, grab blankets and pillows and settle down for a cosy meditation 🥰

Suitable for beginners ❤️

Then back to weekly sessions from Monday 1st September 🫶.

We had such a fun day yesterday! Spending time with gorgeous people, letting loose, dancing, moving, walking, meditating, chatting, relaxing, making our own smudge sticks and lavender bags. Thanks to everyone who joined us ♥️
