Yesterday, the team at **Bluebird Care ~ West Bromwich & Sandwell** successfully completed the **Oliver McGowan Training – Tier 2 for Learning Disability and Autism**.

The session gave us the opportunity to listen, learn and gain a deeper understanding through **lived experiences**, which made the training incredibly meaningful and impactful for everyone involved.

It was a truly beneficial day for our team, helping us continue to improve the way we support and care for individuals with learning disabilities and autism. 💙

We’re proud to keep learning, growing, and strengthening our knowledge to provide the best possible care.
