Over the past six months, we’ve seen some really positive progress across our homes 💛

Since July 2025, Samuel and Louise have been supporting our teams, helping strengthen the care we provide and the environments we create.

Together, they’re focused on making sure every resident feels safe, respected and truly at home.

Over the past few months, we’ve seen some really positive progress across our homes, and we wanted to share a little update with you 💛

Since July 2025, Samuel (Director of Clinical Services) and Louise (Director of Non-Clinical Services) have been supporting our teams, and their impact is being felt more and more each day.

Samuel works closely with our care teams to make sure everything we do remains safe, compassionate and truly centred around each resident.

Louise helps keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes, from our environments to systems and compliance, so our teams can focus on what matters most… our residents.

For residents and families, it’s all about feeling safe, respected and at home. This structure helps us keep improving, while making sure every home is well supported.
