We had a fantastic singer in recently. There was lots of singing along, tapping of feet and dancing to some great songs that really entertained everyone.

It was Fire Awareness Training at Maesglas and staff got to put lots of the training into practice which was invaluable and informative too.

Today is World Mental Health Day. It’s a reminder of the importance of good mental health and the need to prioritise and invest in good mental health.

This year’s theme is ‘access to services - mental health in catastrophes and emergencies’. The theme highlights the importance of people being able to protect their mental health in times of global instability.

Tomorrow is the “World’s Biggest Coffee Morning” is an annual fundraising event held by Macmillan Cancer Support to support people affected by cancer. The event encourages individuals to host or attend coffee mornings, with donations going to Macmillan.
