Unfortunately, we have experienced a technical error when transmitting our orders to fulfil prescriptions.
Everything that we transmitted on Friday was rejected, meaning that our expected delivery of items yesterday was not received.
This means that the team are working extra hard to fulfil the prescriptions manually and this has caused a delay beyond our control.
Please rest assured that we are doing our very best and it is by no means the fault of the staff that work at the branch. They are under additional pressure to rectify this problem and manage the normal workload before a Bank Holiday weekend.
I appreciate that this is frustrating, and we apologise for this inconvenience.
