We recently had a patient attend our clinic due to concerns over a lump on her hand. As is often the case she was unable to get an appointment via the NHS as quickly as she wanted.

After an initial appointment with our Practice Nurse and a referral to our Dermatologist, she was seen, treated and received histology results within a short time frame. All in the calm and relaxed surroundings of our clinic in Rossett.

Here's the lovely review we received from her, along with some photos that show the hand and how it has healed.

"I had concerns regarding a lump on my hand. Due to NHS pressures I was unable to get an appointment with the NHS dermatologist for at least 16 weeks. Bridge House Clinic had just opened in the village so I arranged an appointment to see them. I was first seen by the practice nurse who did some initial exploration of the hand and dressed the area. She then referred me to Dr Dalia a dermatology consultant and arranged for me to see her at Bridge House.

She provided various options and we agreed a course of treatment. A small operation to remove the lump was carried out at the clinic and samples sent for histology. Results were provided with 2 weeks by personal letter from the consultant. From start to finish the service and care I received was excellent. The convenience of having this facility in our village helped so much. I would highly recommend Bridge House Clinic."

For many of our patients, access to timely appointments and expert care without long waiting times is crucial to peace of mind.
