Today can be a difficult day for people who may have lost their dad, have difficult relationship with their dad, dad's who have lost their children, first fathers day and feel overwhelmed or do not know who their dad is. For anyone who is struggling due to their own unique circumstances on this Father's day. Please be gentle with yourself and do what you can to get through this Father's day šŸ’™

4 out of 10 presenters at this years National Counsellors’ Day Conference will be addressing SCoPEd, with NCS saying they are open to answering questions about it, and I suspect some of the other presenters will touch on it too! This is one of my favourite things to do, be by the sea and in the countryside. Around the corner there's more to explore! Sometimes we do not know what is around the corner, it could be something exciting or something that is challenging. Whichever it is can cause anxiety of the unknown. I can help if your struggling with the unknown or your in a situation that your struggling with! What type of activities do you like to do? What helps you reduce the unknown?
