We hope that you all had a great weekend despite the poor weather π§
We just wanted to pop online and do a reassurance post about us. People seem to think that because we are the newest Funeral Directors in Wrexham, that our services can't be as good as those who have been going much longer than we have, but this is definitely not true. You will get the same high standard of care and service from us, and we promise that you will not be disappointed. You only have to look at the reviews from our previous clients to understand what we are saying π
We may have only been open for 3 years, but that doesn't mean that we don't have as much knowledge or experience as the others do. Jayne has over 25 years experience of working within the industry, and has two qualifications in Funeral Service which she funded herself, which not only shows that she knows what she is doing, but also shows that she is passionate about the subject. Natalie has only worked in the funeral industry since we opened 3 years ago, but has taken to it like a duck to water. Natalie also has experience of working in the care industry as well as other compassionate roles, experience which has come in handy since starting the business. We are also a member of the governing body, SAIF independent funeral directors, meaning that we have to abide by strict standards of care, all of which were checked during our premises inspection, which we passed with flying colours, and have the certificates proudly displayed in our reception area.
We felt it necessary to write this post because unfortunately, what we have said above does get said to us from time to time. We just want to reassure the people of Wrexham and beyond that us being the newest Funeral Directors on the block doesnt mean that we don't know what we are doing. Many have opened and failed within their first year, but we are still standing strong after three years βπ»
