Combination remedies
If you want to try the Bach flower remedies and you don't want a consultation, I have a number of remedy blends for some of the different emotional needs lots of us suffer from:
Sleep Tight - if you struggle with sleep. Sleep Tight can help you to have a more peaceful and restful night.
Exam Time - for the stress of exams, test or any high pressure situation. Exam Time can help you to feel calm and in control of your emotions so that you can approach your exams with more confidence and positivity.
Brighter Days - if you feel low and miserable and find even normal day-to-day tasks a huge effort to carry out. Brighter Days can help to lift the gloom and see the light at the end of the tunnel.
Brain Boost - struggling to focus or concentrate. Brain Boost can help you to feel more focused, to concentrate for longer periods of time and therefore achieve what you set out to do.
Inner Belief - lack of confidence or belief in yourself. Inner Belief can help to boost your confidence and begin to believe in yourself.
How to take the remedies:
The remedies can either be dropped straight into your mouth, 4 drops 6 times a day, or added to your drink(s) or water bottle to be sipped throughout the day. The more often you have them, the more effective they will be.
How long until you notice a difference?
Some people notice a difference very quickly, others more often need to take the remedies for longer. Bach flower remedies are a gentle and natural form of healing working on a subtle level within you. It takes times to heal, especially emotional issues that you have struggle with for a long time. The longer you have struggled with an emotional issue, the longer it will take to heal.
If taking the suggested dosage, a bottle will last roughly 1 month. 2-3 bottles are usually recommended.
