We've had so many people enquire for our aesthetics work that we've decided put a hold on requests for models. It's been lovely speaking to people and the trust they've placed in us has been touching. Moving forward we'll be setting up specific pages for this clinic with lots more information, pictures and pricing in the near future!

The Post Office will re-open from tomorrow at the usual times of 09:00-17:30 Monday to Friday and 09:00-13:00 on Saturday. We apologise for any inconvenience caused and once again thank you for your patience and sympathy.

Good afternoon,

Due to an incident this morning, The Pharmacy and Post Office were shut with police cordon in place. They are in the process of lifting this and The Pharmacy will reopen at 3pm. The Post Office will remain closed until further notice.

All are staff are physically unharmed, albeit shaken by the incident. Thank you for everyone expressing concern and thank you for patience during this time.

Day 1 completed!

I just wanted to say thank you for all the lovely comments following our announcement last week, everyone at The Pharmacy Coedpoeth feels lucky to have the support of so many wonderful patients and villagers.

We are working through the backlog of prescription that were left undispensed by the previous pharmacy. Please note that some of these are from 24/06/2024, so please call ahead to check if they are ready. The Rowlands Coedpoeth number - 01978757249 - will be operational for only a short period of time. The Pharmacy Coedpoeth - 01978757367 - should be able to answer any further queries.

From yesterday 1st July - all prescriptions that were marked for Rowlands Coedpoeth are being dispensed at The Pharmacy Coedpoeth. Please bare in mind typical timescales for prescriptions to be ready. We are only able to collect prescriptions when they are ready at the GP surgery, sometimes this can be quite late on in the afternoon. To help us ensure that they are ready and to help you avoid unnecessary visits to the pharmacy please consider -

1. Ordering your prescription in advance of needing them. NHS Wales advises submitting them through your normal means of ordering 7 days in advance.
2. Using the https://pharmacycoedpoeth.co.uk/ to order prescriptions online. You can set up automatic reorders, get notifications when ready and receive useful information about services. Or use the NHS app https://app.nhs.wales/login
3. Providing a mobile number to text when your prescription is ready.
4. Asking a relative, friend or neighbour to collect your prescription if you are unable to reduce pressure on the delivery service.

We will continue to work hard to ensure that we deliver the very best pharmaceutcal care for all our current and new patients. We know that there are a few patients dissapointed to see Rowlands being lost from the village, but I'm certain we'll be able to fill their shoes!
