✨ Introducing: 1:1 Ceremonial Energy Healing ✨

This is more than energy healing — it’s a sacred return to yourself. A deeply held space where you can slow down, be witnessed, and reconnect with your wholeness.

Ceremonial Energy Healing weaves traditional reiki energy work with ritual, intention, and somatic awareness. It includes grounding practices, oracle guidance, sacred anointing, crystal grids, sound healing, meditation and nervous system regulation practices — all intuitively guided to support your unique healing journey.

I don’t work from a script. I work intuitively, attuned to what your body, heart, and spirit need in each moment. Every session is a co-creation between us, held in sacred container where nothing is forced and everything is invitation.

This isn’t just about moving energy — it’s about being held in your process, whatever that looks like. Whether you’re navigating change, releasing what no longer serves you, wanting to feel more regulated or simply need to be witnessed in your wholeness, this space is for you.

I hold this work as a trauma-informed facilitator and coach, qualified in Reiki Level 2 and Counselling Level 2, and currently studying Trauma-Informed Somatic Counselling Levels 3-7. I understand the nervous system, I honour your pace, and I create space for all of you to be here — safely, gently, authentically.

Sessions are £50 and held 1:1 in sacred space, just for you.

Why nervous system work is the missing piece in your healing journey… 🧩❤️‍🩹

For years, I believed the story that my emotions, needs & desires made me weak and that my body was just something to push through no matter what it was communicating to me - treating my body as if it were an object & a burden… Sound familiar?

Here’s what I’ve learned over the years of walking my own healing & growing journey: When we disconnect from our bodies, we disconnect from our truth, our intuition, and our ability to feel genuinely safe in the world.

The anxious, controlling, addictive, perfectionist, hyper-independent, over achieving, hyper-vigilant, agreeable part(s) of you? They’re not your personality - they are your nervous system doing what it thinks it needs to do to keep you safe.

This isn’t just energy work — it’s a sacred return to yourself. A space to slow down, be witnessed, be held, and simply breathe into who you are beneath it all.

Your whole self is welcome here. Nothing to fix, nothing to perform. Just space to feel, to be, to remember.

We begin with grounding and gentle connection — sacred anointing with oils, intention setting, oracle card pulling, meditation, breathwork, sound healing, and nervous system regulation. We may intuitively create a crystal grid together, an energetic anchor that holds your intention and supports your healing throughout our time 🌿

Then we move into the heart of it — a deeply held Reiki healing journey woven with sound, crystals, and spacious presence. You don’t need to do anything but receive. Just let yourself be held.

This is a trauma-informed sacred space. I hold it gently, with care, compassion, and deep attunement to your needs. I’m qualified in Level 2 Reiki, Level 2 Counselling Skills, and currently training in Trauma-Informed Somatic Counselling Levels 3-7.

Everything unfolds at your pace. Nothing is forced. You can opt out of anything that doesn’t feel right for you. It’s all invitation — to come home to yourself.

Setting clear boundaries isn’t about keeping people out — it’s about creating a sacred container where we can both show up authentically and safely. ❤️

I’ve updated my boundaries and expectations because I believe in transparency, mutual respect, and co-creating spaces where we can be fully ourselves without judgment.

These aren’t rules to restrict — they’re guidelines to protect the space we co-create and the beautiful & at times, vulnerable work we do together. From our grounding practices to emotional boundaries, every element is designed with care and intention.

When we honor each other’s limits, we create room for deeper connection, healing, and growth. This is how we build trust. This is how we hold space. This is how we honour the sacred work of being human together.

Exciting news… I’m hosting a workshop through ‘For the Love of Women’ - a community project that my beloved friend Millie created. 💚🌿

This is huge for me as some of you may know less than 2 years ago, I couldn’t even speak in the circles I was attending never mind host one! A lot has changed since then… many layers have been shed, many stories have been let go of. And WOW, what a hell of a journey it’s been.

Here’s to stepping outside my comfort zone this year & stepping deeper into alignment with my souls journey and purpose in this lifetime.🙌🏼

There’s a wild, untamed part of you that longs to be seen - the part that moves freely, feels deeply, and isn’t confined by old stories or fear. Rewild & Rewire is a space to reconnect with that part of yourself through movement, breath, and intentional self-exploration.

This workshop is for women ready to break free, expand, and reclaim their joy. It’s a space to move past the limits of your comfort zone, release what no longer serves you, and connect with other like-hearted women.

This experience is held by Darcia, a woman who knows what it’s like to shrink and silence herself, who has felt the pain of never feeling fully seen, heard, or understood. She is passionate about creating spaces where safety exists - where we can free ourselves and come back to our sacred bodies and hearts.

Darcia has worked 1:1 with women for over 10 years as a self-employed beauty therapist and is now a holistic therapist offering reiki, reflexology, sound, and crystal healing. Feeling a deep pull to step into the role of a facilitator, she is dedicated to guiding women back to themselves through these sacred practices that continue to support her on her own journey of remembrance.
