What is Counselling?

What is Counselling?

Counselling is a talking therapy, which takes place in a safe and confidential place. Your counsellor will be non judgemental and will regard you positively at all times. The sessions are lead by you, you are free to explore any issues that are concerning you. Sessions are usually on a face to face, one to one basis, and last for 50 minutes.

Talking openly and honestly is very empowering and cathartic, hopefully leading to a happier and more confident you.
