Did you know I offer face time consultations?

💫 Being individualised and offering one to one treatments is something I pride myself on

💫 over the last month I have encountered two new clients who have watched in the background for years, but have not been able to make the leap for whatever reason

💫 When these clients have reached out, and made the massive first step, it has become clear the worry is not only around the treatment, but the meeting new people and getting to the clinic etc

💫 with both these clients I have carried out a “face time” consultations

This has included talking to me about their concerns, treatment plans and even a walk through of the clinic 🫶🏽

This has meant for both of these clients they have been a lot more comfortable coming to see me, and have a face to face consult and ultimately treatment 👌🏽💪

Some people are also just very busy, and as I will make clear in face time consults I will still need to assess face to face for the whole picture, but we can get initial idea and plan in place

We will always try to accommodate you wherever we can 🫶🏽

Good morning sunshine ☀️

Walking challenge is back boys 🐕 🐕

The “ber” months are lovely in the cost evenings, but I hate the miserable feeling in the day!

So we are getting back out there! 🚶 🐕
Wrapped up, stomping the pavement!

By 31st October we are planning on smashing 100km worth of steps!

That’s 5.7km in the bag this morning 🌅

Did we need to tell the world 🌍? Nope!

Does putting it on social media mean I have to do it? Yes 🙌

Also I think it’s good for other people to see that the excitement of Autumn is also for some of us surrounded by the sadness of summer being over!

We are full of bugs 🦠
Been feeling very crap 🤒
The days are getting shorter! 🌅 (and I already need more hours)
We have given up alcohol 🍷 (apart from birthday)
And I am in bed by 9pm 🤣

So steps to happiness is in full swing! 🚶‍♀️ 👣

These slots will be heavily discounted, but I am looking for someone who is happy to have. Course of 3 treatments (paid on first treatment)
