With social restrictions easing in Wales we at the Gresford Osteopathic Clinic will continue to follow the guidance of the General Osteopathic Council and other medical governing bodies.

This means there will be NO CHANGE to our infection control procedures currently in place at the clinic.

All our staff will continue to wear masks and our osteopaths will continue to wear gloves, aprons and masks during your appointment.

Social distancing will still be in place and we ask you to continue to wear a mask whilst in the building (unless exempt).

WE ARE OPEN!

We are delighted to announce that we are well on the way to being fully operational again, although with some minor but important differences...

What should you expect when you visit?

1. TELEPHONE SCREENING - We screen everyone over the telephone before offering an appointment to be sure it is safe for you to come in.
2. KNOCK AND WAIT - When you arrive at the clinic, please knock and wait for someone to let you in at the entrance. We do this so we can avoid any unnecessary overlap within the reception area.
3. PPE - All our staff will be wearing PPE to ensure your safety
4. STRINGENT HYGIENE - We ensure that our clinic rooms are disinfected before and after each appointment and have wipeable covers on our plinths.
5. LIMITED AVAILABILITY - In order to work safely we are leaving suitable gaps between appointments, which means we cannot offer the same number of appointments as previously. As a result we are booking up quickly.

Due to the ongoing global pandemic, we have made the incredibly difficult decision to close the clinic as of Monday 23rd March for 2 weeks. Hopefully we will be reopening on 6th April but will monitor the situation and update accordingly. Our phone lines will remain open if you have any questions or need any advice.
