Tradesperson / General Builder (Construction)
Reach Developments are an established building contractor specialising in domestic construction work ranging from small-scale re-development to large, high specification new builds.
The Role - Tradesperson / General Builder(Construction)
You’ll be working as part of a flexible, small team, ensuring work on each site is completed on time and to the highest possible standards, whilst adhering to health and safety procedures.
Our Requirements
You will need proven experience gained within the building and construction industry, and must be proficient in at least one of the following:
Bricklaying
Plastering
Groundworks
Tiling
Painting and Decorating
You’ll also need:
Full UK driving licence
Possess own basic tools
Professional and positive can-do attitude with a proactive and flexible approach towards tasks
The Package
As a General Builder, you’ll receive:
An hourly rate from £11.50 to £14.00, with the level dependent on experience
Access to a company vehicle following completion of probationary period
Permanent contract, working Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm. Flexibility will be required to meet business and customer needs, including occasional evening / weekend work.
You’ll be working from our sites in Wrexham and Chester as part of a reputable team, working within a growing company.
