What an awesome effort and achievement 👍🏻
I first saw Beca in clinic in July. She had suffered a herniated disc (Jan’21) and was struggling to return to her netball fitness, unsure to what she could do to improve.
After a good and honest talk as well as assessing her current form we set out a rehab plan for her to follow.
After the Initial assessment and 2 follow up she felt confident to take on her netball again.
The other day she got in to touch to let me know that she had been picked to represent Wales 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 in the Netball Europe competition. Well done Beca! I hope you have a great tournament and make sure to Enjoy it!

We have introduced measures to our Clinic to allow in-person treatment for cases that can't be managed effectively remotely.
All patients will undergo a remote assessment before the best course of treatment is decided. If we feel this needs to be conducted in person, you will be invited into the clinic - and asked to adhere to our increased safety and hygiene measures, to protect everyone. These measures include measuring staff and patient temperatures, increased deep cleaning procedures, and all staff and patients wearing PPE during the physio sessions.
Rest assured that, whether remote or in-person, you will be receiving the highest quality treatment by the clinic.
