Today is officially the beginning of my more permanent role at the Grosvenor Street Physiotherapy clinic. I shall be there on Tuesdays/Thursdays and Fridays.

This does mean that my hours will reduce to Mondays and Wednesdays for Holistic Health Massage and Physiotherapy. For this reason I'm sorry to say I shall no longer be able to take on new clients in Wrexham 😪 I have to prioritise my current list. Happy new year!! 🥳🥳🥳 what a year 2023 was! After 3 years hard graft I finally became a Chartered Physiotherapist! I have since rebranded to continue the business and joined the Grosvenor street physio team in Mold! Literally love what I do and below is just some of the feedback 😀❤️ Hopefully 2024 brings more magic and my skills only continue to improve. Look forward to seeing you all, diary is back open, I have a few spaces Wednesday and Friday this week 😀

January is fast approaching. The time where we reflect and make changes to improve or better ourselves, one of those things generally is thinking about our mental and physical health.

If you are looking to change gyms, or start somewhere new here are my recommendations for local independently run gyms in Wrexham

1 - Powerzone Gym - (my current gym) Amazing set up recently upgraded and added more machines, floor space etc, recovery zone - from an ice bath to a sauna! friendly atmosphere, staff happy to help with anything, cardio room, fab PT's, huge selection of supplements, based near town so good location.

2 - WilL B fit - Luke and Emily are amazing, knowledgable, friendly owners of this gym, amazing weights/ cardio classes designed for all abilities and fab gym space upstairs, really welcoming to all abilities and even have a mummies class! Based in Rhos

3 - VicFit - you wont meet a more lovely bubbly owner, set on helping women of all ages and abilites to get to their goals! 30 min circuits and classes with a lovely friendly vibrant atmosphere, I hear a lot of the ladies also socialise outside of the gym too ❤️ based in Borras.

Or if the gym isn't your thing and are looking for something more yoga based give Purple Moon Wellbeing a follow. Leanne is the most amazing, friendly and bendiest person I know! She has put a huge amount of effort into becoming fabulous in the world of Zen!

Late finish over at the clinic but can finally say thats a wrap for 2023!! 🥳🥳 thank you for all my gifts/money and cards for xmas i really do appreciate them all😃 thanks to those who have bought gift vouchers!
I'm taking a very much needed break and will return from 2nd January. Diary will still be open over the holidays so just message if you want to book in and start the year right!! 💪

The date nearly escaped me! 13 years since i qualified in massage, officially 12 years of business and forever to go 🤣 absolutely love what I do and adding Physiotherapy to the qualifications really is the icing on the cake ❤️💪 Thank you to each and every one of you that has put there trust in me, shared or recommended me it is truly appreciated, right best get back to work!
