We’d like to kindly remind all clients to use their vouchers before the expiry date. Especially if you are wanting a Saturday appointment these get booked up weeks in advance ! Once a voucher expires, we are unable to extend, reinstate, or refund it.

Please also note our No-Show Policy:

If you book an appointment using a voucher and do not show up without notice, the voucher will be considered redeemed.

To avoid losing your voucher, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance if you need to reschedule so we can offer the appointment to another client
