Spent many hours gardening the past couple of weeks, the place is looking absolutely lovely!

The first post lockdown retreat on today, over one year ago since the last one, and wow was it great to be back in action.

Today was a fusion of fitness, Yoga, mindfulness, meditation, breathwork, hot & cold therapy, and some fun games in for good measure :D

More retreats in the pipeline so watch this space if interested....
