I had a very busy wellbeing day today with the very lovely team at Hudson LM Limited accountants, in Whittington.It was great to see you all 🙌
Treatments today included crystal therapy and reiki, reflexology, and Indian head massage with Melissa and frankincense essential oil wafting around ✨

You are able to book online (link below in comments). I'm often asked, "what treatment should I have?" If that's your question, I always reply, 'go with your intuition, what do you feel drawn to, it's usually the first thing you are drawn too'..

Back massage and a True Smile signature treatment this morning 🙏🙌💜🙌✨

I recognised that like myself many years ago, many of my clients held tension in the jaw associated with underlying anxiety. I developed this treatment to focus specifically on this issue. Many of us put that smile on our face which says ‘I’m fine’, when really we aren’t. I create a safe space for you to be just as you are.

The treatment includes a tailored blend of oils to help pain relief and the facial muscles to relax as well as the emotions. beginning with work on the decollete area, the facial massage is the main focus of the treament with some work on the scalp, This treatment may help to melt that smile of tension so that you begin to feel like your true self again and can smile from your heart. 😁💜🙌✨🪻

It's been a very peaceful day today, with 3 clients having reiki, or Indian head massage and reiki combination so far. I'm quite blissed out myself. It reminds me of my favourite quote 'be the change you want to see in the world".

And it's great to see clients making some amazing changes 💜🌷🪻🙏💜
