🏃‍♀️ From “I Can’t Run” to London Marathon – Sarah’s Incredible Journey 🏃‍♀️

Back in April 2022, Sarah walked into our Baddow Studio and told us she would do whatever it took to get into great health… but running was off the table. With a fused toe, she believed running just wasn’t possible.

Fast forward to April 2025, and Sarah is now training for the London Marathon! 🎉💪

Her body composition has transformed, making this challenge a realistic and achievable goal. More importantly, her attitude and mindset have been nothing short of inspiring. Every step of the way, Sarah has embraced everything we’ve prescribed with enthusiasm and positivity, always saying “This is easy, and I love it!”

We couldn’t be prouder of her! Watching her evolve, adapt, and thrive has been an absolute joy.

Sarah has also trained through some incredibly tough personal times, including losing her dad—and now, she’s taking on the London Marathon in his memory.

London Marathon 2024 😍
Still buzzing and still analysing our performances 😂
All Club Human athletes are fat adapted and train using our Low Intensity Health model.
They therefore continue deadlifting throughout their marathon preparations, thus maintaining their Club Human Health Base.
Looking forward to the next marathon 💪🏼👌🏼🥩
