🤗 The most important person to make time for in your life is YOU

🤗 All too often we make time for friends, family, work, daily life chores and dating but when do we make time for ourselves????

🙏 Today I’m out on a date with myself!!! Just me, my journal and a pub lunch

👉 Remember to make time for yourself and treat yourself to a date once in a while!!!

1️⃣ Angels - ask the angels
All around you are your guides and angels waiting to support you in the way you need. They may send you signs, communicate via your dreams or you may just feel their presence. However they show up for you, they are there and this message is about building your connection with them, asking them for what you need and leaning on them to guide you. Trust what you feel!

2️⃣ Nature - tune into the natural world
Nature has a beautiful way of showing us how to flow, how to tune in and grow. Nature is always there whenever you need it, no appointment needed, no dress code just show up as you are and be at one with the beauty.
Remember to pause on your journey to soak up what’s around you, make time to get outside and breathe in the fresh air and trust in the seasons guidance; we are in winter the time for rest.

3️⃣ Education - expand your right brain creativity
In the creative flow you find peace, inspiration and free yourself of burdens. It’s time to take time for yourself to express your inner self, this can be via writing, drawing, art, song, music, dance or such like, whatever feels good and lights you up!
Often day to day you end up rushing from one thing to another, working through the to do list whilst inside the restrictions of free flow and expression are bursting at the seams and can spill out in unhealthy ways. It’s important to freely express yourself! Tune in and express yourself!
