Do you suffer with back pain?

My client did..

She was fed up, as she wanted to garden without worry, and to lift things without a sharp pain

So we got to work…

We discussed her lifestyle, her habits, activities, diet, hydration

Some say I’m nosey 😂, others see how all this gives me an insight BEFORE we even look at muscles

Then we discussed her pain & assessed how she stood, how she moved and completed necessary tests

Which helped me identify…

That her lower back was doing ALL the work
* overcompensating poor form during her activities
* Guarding weak muscles
* Engaging when her glutes should’ve clocked in for their shift

Add in poor sleep, lack of hydration and little strength training

And we’ve got the PERFECT recipe for back pain. Look at the buttery back pain layers 👉🥞🥞🥞

So she received a massage targeting various contributing muscle groups

And a simple aftercare plan that was easy to follow at home (no big long lists without explanations around here)

After a few treatments with me, she noticed a huge improvement

she was also:
* sleeping better
* Strength training
* Stretching

And now commits to monthly maintenance massage, to calm the nervous system, relax her muscles and support her health
