MELLOW (VG) KOREAN KIMCHI is hugely popular Authentically made with its unique handmade vegetable stock made into a rice porridge with Korean chilli flakes folded into Chinese leaves, Mooli, carrots, yellow & spring onion. Fresh ginger & garlic.

(VG) THAI KRAUT - Pak D**g recipe) from northern Thailand. Our newest retail ferment launched last summer is a hotter ferment and flys off the shelf’s. Very addictive pickle flavours. Made with Pak Choi, Green chilli’s, Jalapeño, Black sesame seeds, carrots and fresh garlic and ginger.
