Time for young people is The Children's Society's free emotion wellbeing support service for young people aged 10-25 who live or study in Coventry or Warwickshire.
Trained practitioners can help you if you're feeling unhappy or finding things difficult.
Whatever challenges you're dealing with, you won't be judged. Instead you'll get the tools you need to understand emotions, build better relationships and feel more resilient.
