The RSV vaccine helps protect against infection with RSV, a common virus that can make babies and older adults seriously ill. It's offered on the NHS if you're pregnant, aged 75 to 79, or turned 80 after 1 September 2024.

If you haven't yet had your flu or COVID vaccine, drop-in at the Coventry & North Warwickshire Sports club this Thursday, Friday or Saturday between 8am and 6pm to get your jab.

If you would prefer to make an appointment, contact your GP practice or book via the NHS App.

Most people have things that cause them to feel fear. Some people experience strong aversions to specific triggers in the form of phobias. Phobias can be scary and can result in avoidance behaviours to try to reduce feelings of stress and anxiety.

Each phobia is different and no single self-help programme will work for everyone. You may decide to use your own self-help strategy or get help from a mental health specialist, such as a psychologist.
