Mindfulness. ... is a way of learning to use simple techniques through meditation and breathing to help you become more aware of your thoughts, feelings, and body sensations that lead to stress, so that instead of being overwhelmed by them you are better able to manage them. That means learning to take care of your own needs, avoiding becoming overwhelmed, feeling motivated by life again, taking breaks without guilt, not it getting irritated by people and leaving that feeling behind that your on auto pilot where life just happens to you.
All Retreats are hosted by Roz Cusack who is an experienced Therapist and Mindfulness Teacher trained in NHS approved Mindfulness program’s called Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction.
For both beginners and anyone more practised in mindful meditation. You will by the end of the Retreat;
* Learn simple Mindfulness Meditations to help with everyday stress.
* How to use Mindfulness into your life.
* Gentle movement to ease and take time to relax your body
* Eco-therapy experience being mindful outside (weather permitting)
* Included is a Nutritious Lunch
* All meditation cushions and mats provided, You are however welcome to bring your own cushions, blankets and eye masks to personalise your experience.
