Dear Customer,

We have been made aware of a fraudulent phone call targeting an elderly patient, falsely claiming to be from our pharmacy earlier this week. The caller suggested the patient was owed some medication and requested bank details for delivery.

Please be assured that our pharmacy will not ask for your personal financial information like bank account details over the phone. If you encounter any suspicious emails or calls, please notify us promptly.
