REST is NOT the answer for most injuries

In fact… it might be the reason it keeps coming back

Most people do the following:
Pain → stop training → rest → feel “okay” → return → pain comes back
🔹
That’s because nothing actually changed…
Your body did not get stronger
It just… had REST
🔹
For most injuries, the goal is load management
