Since the new year I have lost 10lbs with the 1:1 diet. I have set myself challenges to get moving and get fitter. To help me mentally and physically . I am trying to regain what Covid stole from me. It took my fitness, my confidence, my hair and left me with feelings of anxiety , fear, an extra ring around my middle (where I celebrated getting over it🤣🤣🤣) and heart palpitations. I said to myself that it’s not going to win. I am leaving this lockdown better than I went into it. I am on track to complete my 50k in a month challenge I set myself. Post Covid my lungs haven’t worked as they should for some time. But they will. Motivation comes in so many different ways, I have seen so many people trying to make themselves better in 2021. I am one of those people, trying to be the best, healthiest version of myself. It can just be baby steps nothing to big that u can’t maintain......
