Our service is under extreme pressure with many ambulances delayed outside hospitals and high call volumes.
To help us respond effectively we have increased our escalation state across the Trust.
We urge the public to please support us by using our services wisely and only calling for life-threatening illnesses and injuries.

Thomas King helped sister Lucy survive by running to fetch a defibrillator. Now the family are urging device owners to registered with National Defibrillator Network to assist people facing a similar ordeal.

If you do need to call us back, please tell us at the start of the call that you have called before.

We’re very busy and trying to get to our sickest patients as quickly as possible.
