My name is Zoe and I am a fully qualified reflexologist located in Norwich. I provide relaxing, holistic treatments which focus on total body wellbeing.

My connection with alternative therapies began at an early age as I grew up having various treatments for a kidney problem and found that complimentary therapies such as reflexology really helped me relax and manage my symptoms. After working in the Emergency Services for a number of years and seeing how people can be affected by stress, I felt I needed to do something that could help people. I enrolled on a Reflexology Diploma in 2020 so I could share the benefits of this treatment with other people and have not looked back since. I went on to study the healing effects of crystals and after practicing crystal techniques such as chakra balancing, I started seeing amazing results on both myself and my clients. I have since completed my Reiki 1 and 2 training and am pleased to now also offer this treatment. My treatments benefit the mind, body and spirit to restore balance and encourage the body to heal itself. I adapt the treatment to suit your needs so whatever your reason for seeking complimentary therapies, please contact me.

Crystal of the week: Blue John Fluorite. This week's crystal we saw up close inside Treak Cliff Cavern this weekend. Blue John stone can only be found under Treak Cliff Hill where the last two working mines are, Treak Cliff Cavern and Blue John Cavern. Blue John helps to calm and order our thoughts, boost courage, and aids decision making. It is also said to help with personal growth and change 💙
