🎄 Christmas Was A Time For Giving 🎄

Our nurse Chelsea has just passed her year anniversary of being a kidney transplant recipient.

Remembering how cold her feet would feel during months of dialysis our lovely team and patients made a hamper of cosy socks.

These socks are a small gesture of comfort and care for dialysis patients — because every step you take matters ❤️
