Kevin has worked tirelessly for years, through multiple set backs and curveballs but never gave up and the goal has finally been ticked off for him 😌

It’s been an absolute pleasure to be a part of this man’s journey and I’m excited to see what the next big thing will be…👀

Comes with…treatment couch (adjustable, electric & heated), desk, storage, communal kitchen & WCs, onsite free parking (please note: no sink within the room itself).
Open to: any and all small businesses that could make use of the space.
Currently used for: massage/rehab treatments, nails & facials.

LIFE CLASS 🖤

Due to popular demand, LIFE classes are now running twice a week!

LIFE is a classes revolving around the most basic forms of functional movement...getting in and out of chairs comfortably, getting up if you fall down, being able to carry your shopping bags in from the car, still being able to enjoy a walking holiday or play with the grand children etc. Basically, its aim is to keep the older generation independent and help those with limited mobility or those recovering from major illness/injury to get back to living their lives to their fullest.

When: Tuesday/Thursday, 10:30-11:15
Where: Saxon CrossFit, NR18 9JL
Price: £9 (includes a hot drink after class, stick around for a chat)

These sessions can be on a 1-1 or 1-2 basis.

▪️Those recovering from injuries (great complimentary service to sports massage).
▪️Individuals looking to develop and build strength in all weightlifting elements.
▪️Newbies looking to grow in confidence in the gym environment.
▪️Improving foundational fitness and gymnastic elements i.e. learning to double under or getting your first pull ups/TTB.
